      1/ Orders are typically shipped via UPS or other fast express. To avoid potential issues, such as package delays or delivery failures, PO Box address are unacceptable. Any resulting losses will be the buyer's responsibility.
      2/ We have warehouse in US/EU/UK/AU, but do not have the branch tech department, so if there is a problem product need to repaired, it need to sent back to our HK or SZ warehouse

    • Return or Exchange Conditions
      1/ Items returned without authorization, lost shipment cause by self-initiated returns will not be accepted.
      2/ Items must be returned/exchange within 60 days after you purchase them.
      3/Return/Exchange items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags, and in its original packaging.
      4/ When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

    • Quick Start a New Device
      Quick Start of the X6/X7/X7 HD/V6PRO/V5 BT/V5 HD
      Register activate steps
      1/ Press power button to run the tablet, turn on wifi connect to the internet. Run ANCEL APP, click ‘Update’.
      2/ Enter S/N number and password in the welcome page, click login. Kindly Remind: The S/N and password asked above can be found in an envelope remarked by 'S/N: ' characters.
      3/ When the screen shows ’The product is not activate, please register first’, click ‘OK’.
      4/ Enter the info and the mailbox to received the activate email.
      5/ Check the mailbox and click the link to activate, then log in to download vehicle software.
      Diagnostic flowchart
      1/ Turn the car ignition off, Plug VCI to car OBD2 port, turn ignition on, connect the tablet to VCI via bluetooth.

      1/ Turn on wifi and connect to the internet. Homepage -- Setting -- wifi -- Turn on.
      2/ Active the device: Setting -- User -- Activate
      3/ Click activate button, the device will be active, no registration is required.
      4/ If the 'Activation failed' prompt appears on the screen, please check whether your network connection is stable and fast. Or change another net work or connect to a phone hot spot to try again.

      1/ Plug the device with 5V DC charger or plug to the car OBD2 port, press the power button to run the tablet.
      2/ Click ‘start’ on Welcome page, choose the system language and time zone.
      3/ Choose and connect to wifi, enter mailbox, check and sign user agreement.
      4/ Click update to enter the software.

    • How to Get Tech Support from Feedback Menu
      When testing the vehicles, the test data is save on the device and will not upload. Therefore, when you encounter some technical issues such as connection error or function failure, you need to submit feedback upload the test data at first, then contact our customer service with S/N number, vehicle data and issue detail description. Our customer service will contact the tech support team engineer to perform test and solve the technical issue.

      Print report with X6/X7/X7 HD/V6PRO/V5 BT/V5 HD
      These device can print with wifi printers, if without printers, you need to send the diagnostic report to computer or laptop and print out.
      1/ Print with wifi printers: Connect the tablet and printer with same wifi to print. Or download app: ‘Mopria Print’ to print.
      2/ Send to pc/laptop: Plug the table to pc/laptop with USB cable, set the tablet USB connection to data transfer mode, menu: Home -- Settings -- Connected devices -- USB -- File Transfer
      3/ Find out the report: Disk: ANCEL (Device name) -- Internal shared storage -- Android >> data >> com.ancel.diagboseui.(device name) >> files >> UserData >> Report
      4/ Copy the report to pc/laptop and print.
      Print report with HD3x00 series
      The HD3x00 have its paired printer HD001, if without this printer, you need to send the diagnostic report to computer or laptop and print out.
      1/ Generate report: after reading the vehicle, click ‘create a report’ icon to generate report. The report will save in the device, you can check it in the data management menu.
      2/ Send to mailbox: Data management -- Report -- ‘Mailbox’ icon
      3/ Send to pc/laptop: Connect the device with USB-C cable, copy the report file to pc/laptop
      4/ Print with printer HD001: Data management -- Report -- Click ‘Printer’ icon
      Print report with FX5000, FX8000
      1/ Generate report: click ’print’ on the DTC information page, a DTC PDF file will stored
      2/ Send to pc/laptop: connect the device to pc/laptop with USB cable, menu: Update -- Via USB -- File transfer via USB, copy the PDF file out and print
      Print report with AD/BM/VD/FD/TD/BZ/VOD series
      This steps need to perform with win7/8/10 pc or laptop.
      1/ Plug device to the car OBD2 port, turn on feedback function: Tool setup -- Record -- On
      2/ Continue test the car and read DTC
      3/ Download the update software from tech support website and unzip the file. Connect the device to laptop, run the software, click ‘Reviewo & print’, a new txt file will show up.
      Please notice don’t click ‘Update’ button, once click update, the recorded data will be cleared.

    • Troubleshooting during Use
      What should I do when tablet not charged?
      The tablet device need to turn off after finished use, if not use for a long time, or after reboot (press power button for more than 15 seconds) the device, please use a 5V 3A charger to charge the tablet and wait till it fully charged, usually the tablet battery can last for four hour.
      What should I do when bluetooth connection failed?
      Our bluetooth tablet device support automatically matching. If bluetooth connection failed, please follow these step to check.
      1/ Plug the VCI to OBD2 port, start the car engine, check which light is on.
      2/ Manually cancel bluetooth pair, turn off and on, pair again.
      3/ Menu: Setting -- Series number, click series number to see if it can recognize the series number.
      4/ Check whether the bluetooth signal can be found on the phone.
      If the issue not resolved, please send detailed information with pictures or video to our customer service and ask for help.
      What should I do when MCU connection failed?
      When tablet shows MCU connection failed, please try these steps.
      1/ Unplug the VCI, plug again, connect VCI.
      2/ Connect to internet, log in, update menu, choose update common data.
      3/ Setting menu -- system info -- VCI update.
      If the issue not resolved, please send detailed information with pictures or video to our customer service and ask for help.
      What should I do when scanners shows ecu connection failed?
      When scanner shows ecu connection failed, there will be some reasons.
      1/ OBD2 port issue, please try the device with another vehicle to see if it can connect to ecu.
      2/ After plug the device to OBD2 port, start the engine and keep it running, not just start the dashboard.
      3/ Try both automatically detect vin and manually enter vin to connect the vehicle.
      4/ Update the vehicle software to the newest version and try again.
      5/ Submit feedback to the tech support team and contact our customer service for help.
      What should I do when register a battery for BMW vehicles?
      Our device is to register the battery with same capacity and type as the former one. Here are some notes specially for BMW cars.
      1/ Chassis request: please pay attention to the chassis model of your BMW vehicle. E46E39E38E83E53E36E85E86MINR52R53R50: These chassis don't need to do battery registration. Just replace a new battery directly.
      2/ Battery request: It is recommended to replace with an original battery or a battery from a manufacturer that can be recognized by BMW. The new battery capacity and the type of battery must be the same as that of the old one (for example, if the old battery is an AGM battery. the new one must be an AGM battery too).
      3/ When preparing for the battery register, light up the instrument, but do not start the engine.
      4/ Two menus to do battery registration. 1/BMS reset 2/for BMW. when the first menu failed, turn to the second menu, choosing the vehicle model to try at once.
      5/ How can I know the battery registered is already finished: the sign' the battery exchange was successfully registered' shows up and displays the km data that the vehicle currently run.
      What should I do when Oil service failed for VW vehicles?
      When oil service failed, please try these steps.
      1/ Turn on the dashboard, not start the engine.
      2/ If the car is newer than 2019(include 2019) release, please open the hood.
      3/ Choose maintenance service menu or inspection service menu according to the dashboard indicates.
      4/ If dashboard still indicates maintenance due after oil service reset, please also perform inspection service.

      When the device is designed to gain power from vehicle OBD port, usually it will not have power adapter in the package, please check the package list in the description to see whether there is the power adapter or not.
      When the device have power adapter in the package, usually there will be a choice for you too choose US/EU/UK plug version, please choose the correct charger plug as your country use.

      What accessories do I need to change the output pressure of the leak detector
      The leak detector S100 is fixed output 0.5psi cannot change.
      The leak detectors (S200/S300/S1000/S2000/S3000) output pressure is 0.8 to 14.5 psi, If you need to adjust the output pressure, please prepare the external gas valve to adjust output pressure.
      Which type of oil do I need for the Leak detector
      The equipment is compatible with mineral oil based baby oil like the Johnson&Johnson Pink bottle. Pure #5 white oil is the best choice if available.
