    Advanced DPF System for Heavy-Duty Trucks

    DPF Regeneration is used to clear PM (Particulate Matter) from the DPF filter through continuous combustion oxidation mode (such us high temperature heating conbustion, fuel additive or catalyst reduce PM ignition conbustion) to stabilize the filter perfornance. ​An unmaintained DPF runs your vehicles unnecessarily hard and less efficient.

    With regular DPF maintenance, you can save lots of money and time by getting your DPF cleaned, restore your DPF to nearly new! Increased Fuel Economy up to 5%. Avoid costly replacement of the filters and lower overall maintenance costs.

    DPF regeneration may be performed in the following cases:

    (a) The exhaust back pressure sensor is replaced.

    (b) The PM trap is removed or replaced.

    (c) The fuel additive nozzle is removed or replaced.​

    (d) The cataytic oxidizer is removed or replaced.

    (e) The DPF regeneration MIL is on and maintenance is performed.

    (f) The DPF regeneration control module is replaced.

    Oil Light Reset

    Oil change is the most important part of the daily maintenance of the vehicle. HD3300 HD diesel scanner supports the oil service reset for Isuzu and Fuso, which allows you to reset the oil life reminder (turning off the oil warning light) during the oil change when impurities in the oil could damage the engine. This allows the vehicle to recalculate a different optimal oil change interval depending on driving conditions and climate, ensuring your driving safety.

    PIN Detect

    This function mainly measures the voltage of 16 PIN of OBD diagnostic interface, and judges the pin position of K- line and CAN line. After connecting the OBD interface of the vehicle, click the main interface "Tools" to select pin detection. The program automatically measures the 16pin voltage of the OBD diagnosis interface, and judges the pin position of K-line and can line.

    Note: The test requires ECU no response, please ask the customer to check whether the diagnostic interface has voltage

    How One-Click to Activate the HD3300?

    Step 1: Simply plug into the OBD port on your car and turn the ignition on, after the vehicle power on, the device will automatically startup;
    Step 2: Connect WIFI. Go to Settings > WIFI;
    Step 3: After successfully connecting to WIFI, go to Settings>Activation, click "Activate".

    Note:
    1. If the "Activation failed" prompt appears on the screen, please check whether your network connection is normal.
    2. Click activate directly to use it, no registration is required.

    Ancel HD3300 Saved me thousands $$$

    I have a DD15. I was 200 miles from civilization in either direction with no cell service when my truck threw an emissions code SPN 3251 FMI 0. That's a flashing STOP, CHK, MIL and a derate with the necessary Bypass switch every 10 secs or it'll shut down. It's a DPF differential pressure whis troubleshooting typically starts with the output pressure sensor. That was new and I new it needed a high temp PARKED REGEN to clean the face. The regen button on the dash wasn't responding and likely with have regened in the zone I needed. I plugged in my Ancel HD3300 and initiated the burn. For 45 minutes I watched the violent revving if the engine increase the temps to a maximum of 1100° and the differential pressure went from about 3.5psi to 0.65psi before it stopped. It would've been about $5,000 to tow out of there to a shop where they would've charged me another $1-2,000 for their time. Not to mention the downtime. My $600 investment saved me about $10,000 the first time I needed it. I've been an O/O for 20yrs and it's purchase is one the smartest things I've done in my time behind d the wheel. A garage recently told me that 60% of their business nowadays is emission codes that are violating EPA Regulations. Today's operators need this tool.

    Dealership? What's that?

    I have a 2014 Freightliner M2 106 has a 6.7 Cummins ISB. About this thing to force region and reset lights codes etc I cannot complain I am now regening my truck. In the last year I know I've spent at least 800 bucks on regens. Have a light come on take it to the shop and all they do is clear the code force region and voila I'm back well I'll no longer have to do that also used on my GMC terrain to clear a code worked like a charm. Definitely worth the money.
